Made with high quality aluminum that doesn't damage the tread of the fuel distributor and allows you to easily connect the upper and lower halves without damaging any o-rings – especially the o-rings for the spring on the slit of the barrel.
Screw these mandrels to the upper half of the fuel distributor as shown in the photos.
After connecting the two halves, twist off the mandrels one at a time and replace them with the Allen screws.

After manufacturing the diaphragm (as the penultimate step before installing) with our special equipment the diaphragm is applied to the recess of the ceramic valves. This facilitates the assembly process and eliminates the possibility of rupturing the diaphragm due to improper installation of these valves.
